Hifluence attracts two new investors. The Antwerp-based company, which specializes in consulting in the field of digital technology and new ways of working together by putting the talents of people first, can now count on the expertise and capital of Christophe De Wit and Stephan Janssens.
Christophe De Wit founded Dell’s Belgian subsidiary at the age of 27. Four years later, he did the same for HR services provider Arinso, which he helped grow into a group of almost 2,700 employees in nearly 25 countries. After the sale of Arinso in 2007, he started to invest in companies. In addition, he supports young entrepreneurs in their growth, including now Hifluence.
“In my professional career of more than thirty years I have always focused on two values: people make the difference, and nothing is permanent, except change. At Hifluence I feel that same dynamic and the potential to help organizations in today’s changing world,” says Christophe De Wit.
Stephan Janssens brings experience from consulting, HR management and senior leadership roles, which he gained at Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Roland Berger. He was also active in the financial world, including as CEO of Rabobank.be.
“The story of Hifluence is for me the inspiration and key to real and sustainable transformation within companies”, says Stephan Janssens. “I bring all my knowledge and experience to Hifluence and will focus on bringing this great company to the next step and our ambitious goal: to belong to the top of consulting in Belgium”.
